7.9 - On Health Stuff, Data and Cross Checking
About This Post In this post, I share how my unfolding contact journey with The Mantids intersected with something as ordinary as blood pressure checks. It’s a story about grounding extraordinary experiences in real-world health work, and how I found surprising synchronicities along the way. If you’ve ever wondered what it means to “do the work” before sharing your wildest truths, this post offers a personal, sometimes hilarious, window into that process. It’s not about proving anything to anyone – it’s about staying aligned, humble, and honest.

TL;DR
Before sharing my wild contact and simulation experiences, I made sure to get my physical and mental health fully checked. This post shares how my blood pressure readings aligned with specific requests to The System, proving to me that reality really is interactive.

Here are the 3 key things in this post:
Health Grounding Before Belief
Dan emphasizes that before sharing extraordinary experiences (aliens, mantids, simulations), he ensured his physical and mental health were checked and supported – modeling responsibility.Blood Pressure as a System Signal
He describes a sequence where his blood pressure readings aligned exactly with specific requests to The System/Mantids, reinforcing his sense of being in a simulation or interactive reality.Humility and Humor in Ontological Shock
Despite mind-bending experiences, Dan maintains humility, dry humor, and non-conversion energy, simply sharing what happened while encouraging others to do the work first before seeking belief from others.

All right, so it's Dan. These are the system files, part of book two. I'm gonna talk about health today. Let's talk about blood pressure.
So new website, the man that's. TID s.com. Yes. And then I'm exercising the technology. So in this case, let's start with a, I don't know, a statement, proclamation, whatever. Look, you got something weird going on in your life. My advice. Don't challenge your family to just believe you. Okay, give them some ammunition, give 'em some meat, do the work.
So in my case, so in late February, from February through March, I just had a bevy of really zany stuff occurring, and it was really putting me in a place of, you know, you'd listen to me and I would tell you stories that you would just roll your eyes at. But they were real. Okay. And I quickly ran into this thing where I'm just like, I can't do this to people.
How do I, how do I live in a space where I've got all these weird stories? I mean, we're talking aliens, synchronicities, just strange, strange stories and not like one or two, like 37. Okay. Like a lot. Okay. And so by early April, it had reached such absurd, uh, volumes, okay? Seeing lights in the sky, guided writing events, guided painting events.
All kinds of stuff. Just all kinds of stuff. So, rolled up the sleeves and went to work. And started doing the health tech and check. Okay. Both straight up physical health. Right. Is there something broken, detached, flopping around. Okay. Mental health weekly. Okay. So along the way, a pretty funny tale. So on four 12, so April 12th, I go in for the beginning of a health workup.
And my blood pressure is one 40 over 75, so not that good. Okay.
So the doc and I, we start talking. She's like, you know what's up. And at that point I was well in the middle of all of this and I'm not one to go to the doctor. And not tell the doctor what's up? So I just explained, okay. And I know it sounded ridiculous, but I also know what I was experiencing. And the doc, to her credit was like, wow, that is, that is a surreal set of tales you got there.
I'm like, I know. And we agreed. Okay, well. Then we do need to do a full workup because the easy answer here is something is out of alignment, and so we started, okay, so that's four 12. Well, if you follow this saga on five 15, so roughly a month later is when it was all revealed. That great. You've been going through an initiation, you're actually simulated, you're a sim inside.
A sim. Uh, hey, okay, here's what you need to know.
So on six one, I decide to challenge the system a little bit, and so I lay down a decree, I guess. Challenge, drop the gauntlet. Hey, hey, tomorrow I wanna see some lights in the sky at the same place. I saw the last lights in the sky, but this time I want two lights. Okay, four 11 in the morning. Okay? Very specific decree.
Okay, well on six two, I go get those lights. Four 11 in the morning, I'm at the park and I see those lights. Well, lo and behold, I didn't realize, but later that morning I had another doctor check. Okay? So I go into the doc, the doc's checking my blood pressure, and she's just, she's like, well, that's weird.
And I'm like, what's up? She says, Dan, it's 1 15 70. And I'm like, oh, oh yeah, well I found peace. And she's like, what? Like, yeah, yeah. I'm at peace internally. I, yeah, I found peace. She's like, okay, okay. You're gonna have to tell me, right? Because remember on April 12th, I'm in there and I'm like, oh my God, doctor.
Okay. So I said, well, I found out we're a SIM inside of sim, and I'm at Peace now. Okay. This is right at the end of the appointment. She looks at me. She's like, that is fascinating. I'm like, yeah, I'll, I'll tell you more next time. Okay. So I go in on here the other day. Uh, what, six 30. Okay. I go back for, uh, another route.
Well, I'm in the parking lot. It's 10 minutes before the doctor's appointment. Okay. And at this point I get it. We're a SIM inside. A sim, okay. So I turn to the sky, which doesn't exist. Okay? And I say, look, last time we did one 15 over 70. That was cool. This time let's do one 10 over 70. Hey, so I go in. Doc and I sit down.
Now, this is kind of a catch up appointment, so we gotta spend like 20 minutes on health. Okay. We do like 20 minutes on health then, because the stuff that came up on four 12 basically we're due for kind of a catch up on what's going on too. Okay. Not gossip, but more along the lines of, okay. I am your, your physical health doctor.
I know you're seeing a mental health team. How are things going? What's going on? So we spent 20, 30 minutes kind of going over that. Okay. Along the way. We agree that, look, I'm, I'm not trying to convert anybody, okay? This is just conversation. Okay? So she gets up to check my blood pressure. She comes over, she puts the cuff on me.
She looks at me and she's like, that is amazing. And I'm like, what? What's the numbers? She says, one 10 over 70. I actually f bombed. Okay. I actually dropped an F bomb. I'm like, what the fuck? Really? Whoops, sorry. She's like, yeah, no. I'm like, doctor, 10 minutes before I came into your office today. I told the mantis, I told the system, Hey, hey, let's do one 10 over 70.
Okay. You need to know I'm not like some monk. I don't even know what I would think about to call myself to that. Okay. And so anyway, yeah, this goes along with my, my health disclaimer look. If you are gonna come to me and tell me some quote crazy stuff and you want me to believe you, would you do the work?
Please? Would you go make sure that before you come to me and start telling me. You know, whatever. Okay. Um, that, you know, you are in alignment, that you're okay. And so, personally I'm proud and I'm pleased 'cause I have done the work. It's not been easy. It's, you know, weekly meetings with the mental health team.
It's taken the time out of the life to go do all the doctor stuff. Okay. And at the same time. It does give me a degree of confidence when I'm engaging my network that, Hey, look, I'm trying. Right. So anyway, that's today's blog post. Um, these are the system files. My name's Dan Chemist and yeah. Yeah. We're a sim inside of a sim.

So my 2 cents… for real…
Do the work. Before you tell people your wildest truths, make sure your health is solid. It matters.
