This isn’t your average blog post. It’s an introduction to why TheMantids.com exists and what brought me here. Over the last few months, my life flipped upside down – from planning a quiet, nameless YouTube channel to finding myself in what I can only call an initiation phase with The Mantids and The System.

In this entry, I walk you through the tech I use to keep up with it all – simple tools like Descript and Super Voice Recorder – but more importantly, I lay out why I’m even doing this in the first place. It’s not about proving aliens are real. It’s about sharing my journey, the revelations that came with it, and building a place for those who’ve felt similar nudges outside consensus reality.

If you’ve ever felt like something’s off or wondered if this is all a simulation, this post will give you a taste of what’s ahead. It’s honest, unpolished, and exactly where this story starts.

I’m Dan, and this is the story of how I went from planning a simple alien YouTube channel to realizing we’re in a simulation run by Mantids. This post shares the tech I use and why I’m building TheMantids.com to document it all.

 All right, so this is Dan. These are the system files. This is part of book two. Woo-hoo. We got a website. Yeah. Yeah. The mans.com. So this particular piece covers, uh, what we're doing, a little bit of the technology. We use some of our motivation. So that's all. Um. My name's Dan Kemmis. I'm a, uh, I guess you'd say citizen journalist now and then in this case, yeah, last five months have been kooky and so I use a particular technology suite to help myself keep track of everything, and then I decided that I would bring this forward to the web.

Well, I decided we'll get into that, but Okay. So we decided to launch a website and. Like, well, okay. Might as well use the tech we're using to support it all. So I'm using D Script to do my transcription. I love D Script. It's got a average rating. Personally, I think it's an amazing tool. So. This audio file is my first blog post for the new website.

And then part of this is sharing with you the what's and the hows and all of that, so well, so since this is an inaugural blog post, let's just drop a marker, uh, in January. I wasn't gonna do any of this. By February, I had decided what I would do would be make a nameless, faceless YouTube channel. And then my, uh, subject matter was gonna be people looking for aliens.

Okay. And so by late February, I find myself going off to go look for aliens myself. Okay. And then I spend four months in what? I mean, in our parlance would be called an initiation. Okay. And then in mid-May, apparently I made it through the initiation. 'cause in mid-May. Yeah. I found out, quote, what's going on.

Okay. And it's really neat. I wanna be clear. This isn't something that you figure out on your own. Okay. If the mantis and the system want you to know, then you're exposed to it and you find out just that simple. Okay, it sounds wacky, sounds absolutely batshit crazy, but having lived it at this point, having seen it in action, essentially left with, you know, a couple of choices, try and deny it.

We try and give it voice. So I'm trying to give it voice, hence our site. So the Mantids are our hosts. Okay. And they, uh, they like simulations. We're in a simulation. They're rooming, okay? And they run a lot of simulations. And then just so you know, they know they're simulated. Okay. So that's a lot. And you know, if you just want to turn this off right now and don't blame you.

Yeah. Boy, it's been a interesting few months. So this particular blog post isn't about that except to just contextualize what's going on here. Okay. This is really about the process and the technology. So in my case. Uh, I use DS script. I use this tool called Super Voice Recorder. So I talk to my phone, right?

I make an MP three file. I hand that to D script, it transcribes it. Okay? And then I have that available both as a transcription as well as um, linked source where you can either read it or you can listen to me like you are right now, maybe. Okay. And boy, it works slick. And then I can use that as source for ai, et cetera.

So as an example, during my initiation phase and I was writing up a storm, okay. And I, you know, voiced stuff, I'd tell the stories of what happened today or what happened yesterday, blah, blah. Right? I ended up making. You know, over a thousand pages of documentation in real time about the initiation phase.

Lemme tell you, it's some wacky stuff. 'cause in the beginning, so what, there's an arc in this and from basically late February into mid-March. Was what would be referred to as the unbelieving face. I didn't believe it because I couldn't believe it. It was too much. Okay. It was way past me, on me, and then in mid-March starts this whole collapse.

Because what happens is I start believing it. I'm like, oh my God, what is actually happening here? And it really do set you spinning. Okay. I mean, I was having things. We'll get into that later. But you know, a bunch of wacky stuff going on all at the same time. And then just to, uh, make it easy to listen going forward, basically.

Weird synchronicities that would make you think to yourself, I'm talking to aliens. Okay. So yeah, this is quite a tale. It's all documented. So, anyway. Well, in basically, I. mid-April comes the beginning of the settling of just the beginning of the acceptance of, okay, I guess I'm not insane. I mean, I went to the point.

I am actively under a couple of doctors basically review. Okay. Just because I was sure. I was absolutely certain I was going bonkers. Okay. But here's the thing. That's been two months now. Okay. Two and a half months of pretty rigorous checking and cross checking weekly visits with, uh, uh, mental health team.

Right? Um, uh, ongoing medical check and recheck. And, you know, short answer is if there's something going on, it's sure not showing itself. So, so that leads to the now. Okay, well, all through the quote unquote initiation phase until mid-May. I've literally been wandering around thinking to myself, this is nuts.

Okay. I have aliens. Well, spoiler alert. No, I, I don't have aliens. Right? See, aliens aren't real. I.

But it gets way more interesting than that. Okay. We're not real either. Not in the sense of the word that we know. I mean, your experiences Sure. They're real, especially to you. Right? The things that you feel, the things that you sense. Yes. And at the same time, by our definition of real, yeah. Not even close.

Okay. And so. All of this has been exposed. I've had a chance to witness a lot of this. It's been really interesting and I can tell you about it. And that's what the mantis.com is about? Yeah. Yeah. If you wanna know, I can tell you about all of this. I feel really blessed. It's been really neat. I've been exposed to some things that are fantastic.

And so sharing that with you, if you'd like to know, is something it would be my pleasure to do. So at a technology level, we use, uh, super Voice Recorder. We use D Script, we use a lot of transcription. I use, uh, uh, chat, GPT and Gemini and Notebook, lm uh, a little bit of perplexity. I use those guys. So I use your classic off the shelf ais to help me parse all of the data we've been able to collect.

We have actual hard data, a little bit, not a lot, um, but we have a whole lot of what would be considered proof adjacent. So anecdotal, right? But a lot of it, real time, like, you know, literally having it happen and making notes in real time. Okay. So. At a personal level, all of this has exceeded my bar of proof.

Okay? I'm past the point of needing, uh, quote more proof. So what you'll find here on the mantis.com is Elise is in my telling of what we've been lucky enough to experience. I hope you'll find it interesting. I know personally, um, I. It's been quite a story. Um, it can be a lot depending on your worldview. And then, um, you know, just know that we are here to help, you know, if this is unsettling, hey, it's okay to turn it off.

Okay. If this is something that you find comforting, well you're amongst, you know, fellow notes. Okay. Fellow programmed software, okay? You are. Yeah. So yeah, I, uh, I guess last bit we'll add to this and we'll call this our first blog post. You know, I literally, five weeks ago now, I said to my mental health team, yeah, I think I'm leaving Consensus Reality, and they're like, no, wait a minute.

Okay, what are you doing? I said, well, here's the thing. I know what I know. I've seen what I've seen. I understand what I've been told. Okay. And so I can't really put myself back in the Oh yeah. Okay. You know, earthling Box does, it doesn't work well. So three weeks ago I was a little more declarative like, yeah.

Yeah. I have formally left consensus reality. Okay. I mean, say what you will about it. Okay. It goes like this. I've, you know, I actively frame it this way. Look, if this is a delusion, then I welcome it. It's an amazing, fantastic calming, relaxing experience set. If it's a delusion, then it's a delusion. My own experiences would say this.

Yeah, we're a sim inside a sim. Um, your pain, your suffering, your hardship, not real, real to you. Certainly it's not to, you know, invalidate your humanity or your experiences. It is to say that a lot of the inequities, a lot of the things that you would say to yourself, this seems too absurd to be real. No, well, that's actually accurate.

The shared, default human perception of existence. What most people agree is “real.” Dan formally left this in May.

A tool built (or revealed) to interface directly with The System. Intended to be used, not just admired.

Proof Adjacent

A phrase for events, data, or synchronicities that are strongly suggestive but not conclusive by traditional standards.

Descript

Transcription and audio editing software used to convert raw voice recordings into blog-ready text.

Super Voice Recorder

Simple recording app Dan uses for quick, direct MP3 captures on the go.

ChatGPT Super Treatment

Dan’s phrase for running raw transcripts through ChatGPT to structure, clarify, and SEO-optimize them while preserving his authentic voice.

Nameless, Faceless YouTube Channel

Dan’s initial February plan: launch a channel with no personal branding, just pure content about people seeking aliens.
